Review – Harry Pane – Beautiful Life

Harry Pane is picking up rave reviews from the likes of Frank Turner for this release and it’s clear to see why.

The beautiful fingerpicked guitar intro is only bettered by the sombre tone of Harry’s vocal. ‘Beautiful Life’ feels like being wrapped in a warm embrace, strangely familiar and yet you know everything will be ok. Harry delivers a heartfelt performance which is both brooding and delicate.

As testament to his talent I found myself listening to several of his previous releases such as ‘Here We Stay’. Every song is delivered with such maturity and delicacy that reminds me of some of the great singer/songwriters.

Harry has been heavily featured on BBC Introducing and also showcased at SXSW in March
